Returns
Thank you for shopping at plodes® studio. We are glad you have chosen well designed products for your space. We provided made-to-order products which cannot be exchanged or returned. Once we receive your order, we will begin fabrication within 24-48 hours.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order by calling (888) 228-2629 or emailing us at info@plodes.com. Please include your order number, your request will be processed once approved and a refund will be issued to your credit card. Cancelled orders are subjected to a 2.9% cancellation fee.
Damaged or Defective Product
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately but no later than 3 days of receipt and we will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. No re-stocking fees or return shipping charges will apply. Please contact us at info@plodes.com or (888) 228-2629 to report damage. Please note, we will request images of the damage for our records.
